Internal Designation: After Sales Service Engineer Role Location: Bharuch, Gujarat Team Size : Individual contributor Functional Responsibilities and Deliverables Take ownership & Resolution of customer problems and complaints by visiting Customers sites in PAN India & Abroad as per Head Office instruction. Increase in customer engagement and satisfaction by providing on time Execution to customer complaints by Providing Repair, Replacement & Commissioning services for MSGL Equipment. Execution of Organizations Paid Maintenance, Inspection & Value added services as per Head Office instruction. Promotion & Marketing of Newly Developed/Consumable products by providing On-site Demonstration to Customers Place. HLE Cares program to customer Shop floor team for proper operation of MSGL equipment. Training for Customers Shop floor Manpower for MSGL Equipment Handling, Operation & Maintenance. Documents related work as per instruction by Head Office. Building and managing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Desired Skills Must have worked as Technician in maintenance/Service Department of engineering or manufacturing company having a strong installed base of equipment and machineries for Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service engineer role or Maintenance Technician role with Excellent Communication, Sales and execution skills Strong Customer Service management, Creative thinking and Problem solving skills Good Behavioral Approach towards customer relationship Education: BE / Diploma Mechanical / ITI from Reputed Institute.
