Job Description

  • Direct the planning and delivery of all facility soft services related and administrative support services and activities at the site on a day-to-day basis.
  • Multiple Stake holder management at the site level.
  • Responsible for all FM site related deliverables.
  • Create daily inspections of the office building(s) and equipment to determine if janitorial, caf partners and other services are adequate and general repair work is needed; reviews safety and non technical equipment and procedures for adequacy and generate necessary report.
  • Managing the HK, Pest control, Indoor Plants & supplies Vendor to meet the SLA.SLA
  • In charge of Cafeteria and ensuring the services of the vendor at Cafeteria are smooth
  • Maintains discipline and resolves difficult buildings and grounds maintenance and vendors and safety problems.
  • Innovate, suggest and implementing best practices and management ideas.
  • Supervise the inventory, repair and maintenance of office equipment and review with client coordinator regarding various soft services issues & improvement of coordination.
  • Analyze/ recommend solutions on the complaint analysis.
  • Manage the office services needed to support department operations.
  • Set up correspondence, for all soft service vendor compliances and other reports. Establish and maintain essential records and files
  • Co-ordinate with local authorities on behalf of client.
  • Supervise the staff involved in performing the functions of the assigned responsibilities
  • Follow the establishment policies and objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Responsible for overall up keep and set high standards of housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness in the location.
  • Data gathering and reporting on all facility operations.
  • Periodically check / amend checklist, operation steps, spares parts consumption analysis.
  • Work in co-ordination with client on day-to-day activities.
  • Co-ordinate with various service providers and obligate as per site requirement
  • Ensure all safety guidelines/ requirements are adhered to our team members/vendors.
  • Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff.
  • Organize and co-ordinate formal monthly meetings with client and vendors.
  • Conduct monthly reviews individually with the various departmental managers technical, soft services etc...
  • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for client as per the prescribed format.
  • Arrange for monthly bills to be submitted to the client.
  • Co-ordination for payments of the site contractors and sub vendors.
  • May have to travel for work.
