This is a dynamic role for someone equal parts relationship-builder, content creator, growth strategist, and data enthusiast — someone who thrives on turning partnerships into performance.

What Your Day Would Look Like:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners who align with Gabit’s brand and health philosophy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure consistent performance and engagement.
• Develop creative affiliate campaigns and promotional strategies to drive high-quality traffic and sales.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) and optimise campaigns for higher ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency and data-driven decisions.
• Negotiate commission structures and exclusive deals to keep affiliates motivated and results-oriented.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new affiliate tools, networks, and opportunities for expansion.

Say Hello If You’ve Got:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field with 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Love for social media
• Hands-on experience managing or scaling affiliate programs (experience with platforms like Impact, ShareASale, or similar is a plus).
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills with comfort in interpreting campaign data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• A growth mindset with the ability to work independently and hustle to achieve ambitious targets.
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping people live better.
