Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Affiliate Marketing specialist to build, scale, and optimize our affiliate program. This role will be responsible for managing existing affiliate partnerships, recruiting new affiliates, driving incremental new user growth, and ensuring clean attribution and payout management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Management: Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners (networks and direct publishers). Ensure timely and accurate payout reconciliations using attribution tools (ShareASale, GoAffPro, Shopify). Monitor fraud, duplicate attributions, and compliance with Distacart’s policies.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Growth: Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and publishers in our top geographies (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, NZ). Develop tiered commission models to incentivize new customer orders. Create and promote affiliate-specific campaigns (festivals, Global Indian Fest, category pushes).
• Performance Optimization: Track KPIs: CAC, ROAS, contribution to New User Growth. Optimize performance by reallocating budgets, testing creatives, and leveraging seasonal opportunities. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to ensure affiliates have the right assets and offers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (ShareASale, GoAffPro etc.) & attribution tools like Redtrack, Appsflyer or Branch.
• Strong analytical skills—ability to track, measure, and optimize ROI.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• E-commerce or cross-border marketplace experience is a plus.
