Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Description: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new affiliates, influencers, and publishers in top geographies like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and NZ. You will develop tiered commission models to incentivize new customer orders and create affiliate-specific campaigns such as festivals, Global Indian Fest, and category pushes. Key Responsibilities: - Affiliate Recruitment & Growth: Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and publishers in key geographies. Develop tiered commission models and create affiliate-specific campaigns. - Performance Optimization: Track important KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and contribution to New User Growth. Optimize performance through budget reallocation, creative testing, and leveraging seasonal opportunities. Collaborate with other teams to ensure affiliates have the necessary assets and offers. Qualifications: - 12 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships. - Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like ShareASale, GoAffPro, and attribution tools such as Redtrack, Appsflyer, or Branch. - Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize ROI. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - E-commerce or cross-border marketplace experience is a plus.
