Role Overview

Affiliate Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and source relevant products from affiliate networks like Amazon Associates, Etsy and others , while optimizing value.
• Curate and maintain

  “top picks” lists

  , gift guides, and themed product recommendations aligned with newsletter and blog content.
• If required, create engaging product content, visuals, and placements that drive clicks and conversions.
• Implement and optimize

  affiliate links

  on website, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Track affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue) and provide insights to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, seasonal product opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with all affiliate program terms and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in

  affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing

  .
• Familiarity with

  affiliate networks

  (Amazon Associates, Commission Junction, ShareASale, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  curated content, social commerce, or product marketing

  .
• Comfortable analyzing data and generating actionable insights from affiliate dashboards.
• Excellent

  communication skills.
