A global product IT company developing large-scale, high-load projects in entertainment, gaming, and sports. Serving millions of users worldwide, and are now looking for a talented Affiliate Manager to join the team. We’re looking for a driven, independent professional who takes ownership and knows how to build affiliate relationships from scratch. If this sounds like you — we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Search for and attract new affiliate partners Negotiate terms and establish long-term partnerships Onboard clients to the affiliate program Provide ongoing support to affiliates and help resolve any operational issues Maintain and update the affiliate partner database Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports Communicate regularly with active partners and resolve potential conflicts Motivate and develop affiliate relationships to drive results Requirements: 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing Previous work experience in affiliate teams of online sportsbooks, gaming or multi-format affiliate programs Strong communication skills Knowledge of the local market Goal-oriented mindset Initiative and proactivity Problem-solving and persistence Fast learner and highly organized Experience in cold outreach and partner acquisition in a competitive market What we offer: Work schedule: 5 days a week, flexible start time Remote work format Competitive remuneration Promising projects and interesting tasks in a multicultural team Show more Show less
