Affiliate Manager (Global Markets)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Affiliate Manager to lead and expand global affiliate division. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with international advertisers, media buyers, and publishers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, including performance tracking and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships in international markets.

• Optimize campaigns across various models (CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS) to maximize ROI.

• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Negotiate deals, payouts, and performance terms with affiliates and partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, creative, and account management) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Identify new growth opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

• Ensure compliance with quality, fraud prevention, and traffic standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns.

• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, traffic sources, and performance marketing strategies.

• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Offer18, HasOffers, Affise, Everflow, or Voluum.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and effectively optimize campaigns.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
