Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Affiliate Manager to join our team in Amritsar. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, handling account management tasks, and scaling sales through innovative online marketing strategies. The role involves overseeing affiliate networks, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, communicating effectively with affiliates, and tracking performance metrics to ensure smooth and profitable campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with affiliates and partners

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs

• Handle account management with professionalism and attention to detail

• Collaborate with internal teams to launch new offers and improve existing ones

• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh strategies to the table

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Affiliate Management, Account Management, and Communication

• Strong knowledge of Sales and Online Marketing strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Prior experience in digital/affiliate marketing is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
