Aesthetic Counsellor - Sales Manager

Job Description: As the primary patient counsellor and clinic sales manager, your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional patient journey and driving conversions and revenue growth. You will be responsible for conducting detailed consultations, explaining dermatology, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments in simple, empathetic language. Building trust and rapport with walk-in and referred patients is essential, along with converting inquiries into treatment bookings through effective counselling and follow-ups. Your focus will be on maintaining high patient satisfaction, achieving monthly sales targets, and upselling and cross-selling various treatments. Tracking leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM/clinic management software, implementing promotional campaigns, referral programs, and patient loyalty initiatives are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee daily clinic operations, supervise front desk, patient coordinators, and clinic staff, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene, safety, and documentation.
