Aesthetic Counsellor - Sales Manager

To act as the primary patient counsellor and clinic sales manager, ensuring an exceptional patient journey while driving conversions and revenue growth. This role combines patient counselling, sales management, and clinic operations to deliver outstanding results in dermatology, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations, explain dermatology, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments in simple, empathetic language.
• Build trust and rapport with walk-in and referred patients.
• Convert inquiries into treatment bookings through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets across dermatology, aesthetic, and hair restoration services.
• Upsell and cross-sell skin treatments, laser procedures, hair restoration, and anti-aging solutions.
• Track and monitor leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM/clinic management software.
• Implement promotional campaigns, referral programs, and patient loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and service excellence.
• Supervise front desk, patient coordinators, and clinic staff, maintaining high performance standards.
• Work closely with dermatologists and practitioners to align patient counselling with medical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years’ experience in

  aesthetic counselling, patient management, clinic sales, or clinic manager role

• Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic preferred.
