Job Description

As an Adobe AEM Technical Lead, you will play a significant role in all phases of the software development lifecycle for applications developed for clients. This includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support. Your collaborative work with solution architects and developers will involve interpreting wireframes and creative designs to functional requirements and technical designs. **Key Responsibilities** - Proven experience in defining requirements, developing solution alternatives, and estimates - Translating clients" business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs - Proficiency in the modern JavaScript stack including ES6/2017, async/await, modularization with Webpack - React experience with lifecycle methods, hooks, and composition - Hands-on experience in forge component development - Familiarity with CSS modules or CSS-in-JS - Unit and functional testing experience using tools like Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress - Working in an Agile methodology and lifecycle - Leadership ability to guide junior team members on engineering and implementation **Qualifications Required** - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics - Experience in financial domain preferred - Knowledge of Agile and development operations - Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills - Problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability - Curiosity about new technologies and tools, creative thinking, and initiative-taking - AEM certification will be an added advantage - Strong collaborator with relationship management skills In this role, you will be involved in the development, design, testing, and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements, work with AEM developers to deliver digital components and experiences, and ensure adherence to common UI component library guidelines. Conducting code reviews and maintaining strong coding standards will also be part of your responsibilities.
