Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, driving project success, and ensuring the effective implementation of AEP solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business needs.
Implement and customize front-end solutions using React to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of AEM and React applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and React implementations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and front-end development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and React.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Strong understanding of AEM architecture and React components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
