About the Role:

Shri Krish Housing & Properties is seeking an experienced Advocate / Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters related to real estate operations. The ideal candidate will provide sound legal advice, ensure compliance with real estate regulations, and protect the company’s interests in contracts, property transactions, and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, agreements, power of attorney documents, and other legal contracts.
• Conduct thorough inspection and verification of property-related documents and land titles.
• Handle and coordinate land/property registration at the Sub-Registrar office.
• Provide legal opinions on property ownership, approvals, and compliance with RERA, DTCP, CMDA, and other regulations.
• Assist sales & CRM teams with customer legal queries and due diligence.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of legal records, agreements, and case files.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, land acquisition norms, and regulatory compliance in Tamil Nadu.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of experience as an advocate or legal counsel, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, registration procedures, and compliance regulations (RERA, DTCP, CMDA).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with real estate developers or property management companies.
• Familiarity with due diligence for plotted developments and layouts.
• Client-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
