We’re hiring an Advocate (1–2 years experience) to join our Gurgaon team!

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalising

  agreements

  and legal documents
• Developing

  terms & conditions

  and internal policies
• Advising and assisting in

  labour law compliance, factories compliance, and EHS-related compliance

• Development and maintenance of

  returns and registers as applicable for compliance

• Drafting and maintaining

  policies and internal agreements

• Preparation and dispatch of

  legal notices

• Assisting in

  intellectual property matters

  , including hearings
• Handling any other assignments falling within the

  scope of an Advocate

Required Knowledge & Skills

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in legal drafting and compliance matters
• Strong knowledge of

  labour laws, company policies, and compliance frameworks

• Exposure to

  intellectual property laws

  will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in English and Hindi

  (spoken and written)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as guide team members
