Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for the real estate industry . Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to generate quality leads. Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and visibility. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing, and website updates. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with lead conversion goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (1 - 4 years) in digital marketing , preferably in the real estate sector . Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising . Experience in lead generation campaigns and performance marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Excellent communication and content creation skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

Accounts Payable Management Process vendor invoices, verify against work orders, and ensure timely payments. Accounts Receivable Management Track customer instalments, generate receipts, and follow up on overdue payments. Bank Reconciliation Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to match company books with bank records. GST & TDS Compliance Calculate, file, and pay GST and TDS on time; maintain statutory registers. Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly reports like profit & loss, cash flow, and budget vs actual for management. Document Management Organize and maintain bills, contracts, and receipts in physical and digital formats.
