Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD software.
Collaborate with civil engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Develop detailed designs for residential projects such as villas, townships, and high-rise buildings.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide technical support as needed.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by meeting deadlines and milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (civil engineering).
Diploma/B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD tools an added advantage.
Strong understanding of planning principles for effective project execution.
