Job Summary:The Bodyshop Advisor acts as the liaison between the customer and the workshop for all accident and body repair-related services. They are responsible for estimating repair costs, coordinating with insurance companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth bodyshop operations. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers, understand their vehicle damage concerns, and create job cards. Conduct preliminary inspection of the damaged vehicle. Prepare accurate accident repair estimates using tools like Audatex or similar. Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation. Follow up with the bodyshop team to ensure timely repair work and delivery. Communicate with customers regarding repair updates, cost, timelines, and approvals. Ensure proper documentation of insurance claims, repair orders, and invoices. Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery. Handle customer feedback and resolve any post-service concerns. Meet monthly targets for bodyshop revenue, claim closures, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki standards and SOPs for bodyshop operations. Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of automotive body and paint processes Familiarity with insurance claim procedures Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, DMS, etc.) Preferred Experience:Experience working in an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealership or with another OEM Knowledge of estimating tools like Audatex, Motormate, or similar Exposure to working with multiple insurance providers
