Advisor Relations, Sales Operations Senior Specialist

NTT DATA is looking for an Advisor Relations, Sales Operations Senior Specialist to join the Client Growth team. This role involves providing operational support for various functions within Advisor Relations, including addressing advisor queries, data management, and managing advisor award programs. The position requires building and nurturing relationships with third-party advisors and influencers in India to enhance awareness and advocacy for NTT DATA. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to advisor requests for information on NTT DATA's capabilities in specific industries, service lines, and geographies - Ensure research portals are up to date with relevant case studies to effectively showcase NTT DATA - Coordinate and submit entries for awards and recognition programs - Compile, distribute, analyze, and report on a monthly advisor newsletter - Assist in internal data collection and reporting for Advisor Relations, including contact management and pipeline tracking Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and sales, including lead qualification, proposal writing, and sales support - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Skills: - Advanced degree(s) like MBA/MS is a plus - Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Outlook - Ability to effectively communicate NTT DATA's services to advisors and potential clients - Experience in consulting or influencer relationship management in IT services is desirable - Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and influence decision-making About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global technology services provider with a commitment to innovation and client success.
