International Outbound Sales Process

• Make outbound calls to international clients to pitch products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and clear communication.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Experience:

  Prior outbound calling / international sales experience preferred.

• Freshers

  with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Shift:

  Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM.

• Working Days:

  5 days/week (2 rotational split offs).

• Date of Joining:

  25th August (Monday).

• Transport:

  Home Drop Facility Available.

• Experienced:

  Up to 4.4 LPA (30% hike on last documented CTC) + Incentives.

• Freshers:

  20,000 Take-Home + Incentives.
