Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor, located in Badaun. The Advisor will be responsible for providing life insurance solutions to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining policy details, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Advisor will also work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Life Insurance products and solutions
• Ability to understand and analyze customers' insurance needs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
