Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor located in Pune. The Advisor will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through various channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Advisor will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Support skills
• Proficiency in handling voice, email, chat, and social media channels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in a BPO or contact center environment is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
