Advisor

You will be working as a full-time Crop Advisor at Rallis India Limited, a Tata Enterprise, based in Gorakhpur. Your main responsibility will be to offer expert advice to farmers in the region regarding crop management, pest and disease control, and best agricultural practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of crop management and agricultural best practices. Previous experience in providing recommendations for pest and disease control is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required as you will be interacting with farmers and agricultural communities regularly. A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is necessary for this position. Having knowledge of local farming practices in the Gorakhpur region will be advantageous. Experience in field research and data collection will be beneficial in carrying out your duties effectively. Proficiency in the local languages spoken by farmers in the region is preferred. A B. Sc. in Agriculture is a plus for this role.,
