The role also includes training team members, developing sales plans, and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to effectively train team members Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
