As we expand our media and advertising partnerships, we are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team and drive revenue through media sales. Job Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Ad Sales to independently manage and grow media revenue from on-screen and off-screen advertising at Cinépolis cinemas. This is a hardcore sales role requiring strong lead generation, relationship management, and revenue closing skills. No leads will be provided by the company—the candidate must generate their own leads through networking, market research, and outreach. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads from brands, corporates, local advertisers, and agencies. Pitch and sell on-screen (cinema ads) and off-screen (lobby branding, kiosks, etc.) advertising solutions. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, market visits, and networking. Develop customized sales pitches and proposals based on client needs. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with advertising/media agencies. Keep updated with competitor offerings and market trends. Ensure smooth coordination for ad campaign execution with internal teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of media or ad sales experience (cinema, OOH, radio, digital preferred). Strong B2B selling and client acquisition skills. Proven ability to generate own leads and convert them into business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Existing network of advertisers and media agencies in the Delhi/NCR region is highly preferred. Target-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability.
