Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Your focus will be to drive high ROI, increase conversions, and grow our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad creative analysis Collaborate with the design/content team to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance Requirements: 2+ years of experience in managing paid ads, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment Proven track record of delivering successful ROI-driven campaigns Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GTM, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Google Ads & Meta Certifications are a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary & performance incentives Flexible work hours and remote opportunities A collaborative and growth-oriented team environment Exposure to diverse industries and clients
