As an Ads Manager at Kedia Homes, your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital ad campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads for residential projects while ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube - Create lead generation campaigns for property launches - Develop custom audiences and conversion-focused strategies - Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals - Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics - Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance metrics **Qualifications Required:** - 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing/digital ads management - Proven track record in lead generation ads, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors - Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools - Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking - Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and ROI-focus - Experience with CRM or lead automation tools is a plus - Google & Meta Ad certifications are preferred - Basic knowledge of landing page or website CRO is an advantage Kedia Homes offers a competitive salary based on experience, creative freedom, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to contribute to the voice of a premium brand in Jaipur.
