Responsibilities include managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube, creating lead generation campaigns for property launches, developing custom audiences and conversion-focused strategies, collaborating with the creative team for ad copies and visuals, monitoring campaign performance using Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics, and continuously optimizing for better performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing/digital ads management with a proven track record in lead generation ads, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking. The candidate should also possess strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and have an excellent ROI-focus. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM or lead automation tools, Google & Meta Ad certifications, and basic knowledge of landing page or website CRO. The candidate should be based in Jaipur or open to relocation.
