Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing Adobe Campaign workflows for targeted marketing purposes. Additionally, you will design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns while utilizing SQL to extract and manipulate data for campaign effectiveness. Your role will involve integrating APIs for seamless data transfer and process automation, as well as performing extensive data analysis to measure campaign performance. Collaboration with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques, and troubleshooting and resolving campaign-related issues quickly are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, maintaining campaign documentation and reporting metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments, updating and managing customer preferences and data within Adobe Campaign, and training and supporting team members in campaign management tools will be part of your duties. You will also participate in project management tasks to meet deadlines and engage with clients to understand their marketing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage Adobe Campaign workflows for targeted marketing purposes - Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using SQL for data manipulation - Integrate APIs for seamless data transfer and process automation - Perform extensive data analysis to measure campaign performance - Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques - Troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues quickly - Maintain campaign documentation and reporting metrics - Provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments - Update and manage customer preferences and data within Adobe Campaign - Train and support team members in campaign management tools - Participate in project management tasks to meet deadlines - Engage with clients to understand their marketing needs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign - Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting - Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts and strategies - Experience in API integrations - Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks - Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email development - Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to stay updated with the latest marketing trends - A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement,
