Position: Adobe AEP Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Build and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Work with Adobe Analytics to capture, analyze, and report customer behavior data.
• Configure dashboards, insights, and visualizations in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define use cases and data requirements.
• Ensure proper data ingestion, identity resolution, schema creation, and audience building in AEP.
• Troubleshoot AEP workflows and resolve data mapping and integration issues.
• Provide guidance and best practices for implementation, governance, and performance optimization.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and technical design sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of data models, schemas, event-based tracking, and customer journey workflows.
• Experience with CDP solutions, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Proficiency in working on hybrid environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
