Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer, based in Ahmedabad. The Admissions Officer will handle day-to-day tasks including managing student admissions processes, evaluating applications, and providing exceptional support to prospective students. They will be responsible for coordinating with students, educational agents, and institutions, ensuring a seamless application journey while maintaining close adherence to international admission standards and processes. The role also involves building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the global education goals of Unimatch Global.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, educational agents, and team members.
  • Experience in international admissions processes and knowledge of education systems; familiarity with global education trends is a bonus.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to interact with diverse stakeholders professionally.
  • Proven customer service abilities and a commitment to ensuring an excellent experience for applicants at every step.
  • A background in education or experience within the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
