Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Admissions Officer at Rainbow International School. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing admissions processes, guiding prospective families, conducting campus tours, and addressing inquiries. They will engage with families to communicate the value of the institution and ensure a smooth admissions experience. Other responsibilities include collaborating with school departments, maintaining updated records, and supporting international admissions, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
• Experience in International Admissions and knowledge of the admissions process
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide clear information
• Background or familiarity in Education, with a passion for fostering student success
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for maintaining accurate records
• Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field is preferred
