Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and parents to guide them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about WONK’s programs and offerings, addressing inquiries, assessing student needs, and recommending suitable educational solutions. The role also entails fostering strong relationships with clients, contributing to enrollment targets, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and effective general Communication
• Experience in Customer Service to address inquiries, build trust, and provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Sales, including the ability to understand client needs and achieve enrollment goals
• Background or understanding of Education to successfully guide students and parents
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior experience in admissions, education counseling, or related fields is a plus
