As an Admission Counselor at our education team in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollments and providing guidance to prospective students throughout the admission process. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets by conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. - Utilizing consultative sales techniques to understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs. - Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for lead generation and conversion, which involves engaging with leads from various channels, following up promptly with all inquiries, and tracking and nurturing leads through the CRM system to maintain accurate records. Your role will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students to foster trust and encourage enrollment. Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving concerns, and guiding students through the application process will be crucial. Qualifications required for this position include: - 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
