Admissions Counselor

Location : Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1 year preferred Specialization : online sales / counselling ( online programmes) *Job Summary:* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Career counsellor online sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students who wish to pursue education in india or abroad and handling the associated backend operations including documentation, application processing, and student follow-ups. *Key Responsibilities:* *Counselling (Front-End Responsibilities):* * Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents regarding MBBS/medical and other courses abroad * Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. * Assist students in selecting the right university and country based on their academic profile, preferences, and budget course wise. * Handle queries related to admissions, visa process, eligibility criteria, entrance exams * Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. *Backend Process (Administrative & Operational Work)* * Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. * Coordinate with partner universities and embassies for admission and visa procedures. * Handle document verification, application submission, and follow-ups. * Ensure timely processing of offer letters, acceptance letters, and visa filing support. * Support the marketing team with backend coordination for campaigns and events. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree (any discipline); education in healthcare, life sciences, or counselling is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and administrative capabilities. * Familiarity with onlinse sales education processes. * Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. *Preferred Attributes:* * Previous experience in study abroad counselling or educational consulting. * Ability to handle sensitive student data with confidentiality. *Application Process:* Interested candidates can send their resume on message or selectyouruniversity.mayank@gmail.com or connect on 9289068661 Show more Show less
