We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor cum Sales Executive to join our team and convert potential leads into enrolled students by guiding them through the admissions process and ensuring they make the refundable deposit payment to secure their spot in our program. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead Conversion & Counseling: Engage with prospective nursing candidates (in-person, via calls, or online), explain program details, and motivate them to enroll. ✅ Sales & Target Achievement: Ensure a high conversion rate by successfully guiding candidates to complete the admission & payment process . ✅ Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and address concerns to push conversions. ✅ Program Guidance: Educate candidates about eligibility criteria, German language training, visa process, job placement, and refund policy . ✅ Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, and payments using CRM tools. ✅ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing & operations teams to enhance outreach strategies. What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/admissions counseling (preferably in the education or overseas placement sector). 🔹 Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. 🔹 Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets. 🔹 Strong convincing & negotiation skills to handle objections. 🔹 Ability to multi-task, follow up diligently, and close leads efficiently .
