🕒 Full-Time | Remote/On-site | 1–3 Years Exp.

🔹 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Admissions Counsellor to convert student leads through telecalling and manage CRM operations. This is a target-based role focused on guiding students to the right online courses.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Call & counsel prospective students about online programs

Convert leads into admissions (daily/weekly targets)

Maintain CRM updates and track lead stages

Follow-up and engage students through the admission cycle

Coordinate with marketing and academic teams


🔹 Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in student counselling, EdTech, or telesales

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages a plus)

Strong interpersonal and convincing ability over calls

Experience with CRMs (Zoho, Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.)

Must be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic sales reports


Ability to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education/counselling preferred)
