Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor for UK & EUROPE located in Vadodara. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students with the application process, provide guidance on visa and immigration procedures, and help them choose suitable educational programs. Daily tasks include counseling students, handling inquiries, conducting presentations, and supporting the sales team to achieve enrollment targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in student admissions or visa consultancy is a plus
