Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about course offerings, and conducting interviews and assessments. They will maintain accurate records, ensure excellent customer service, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive enrollment numbers. Additional duties include hosting information sessions and participating in outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Sales experience, preferably in an educational or training environment
• Experience in the education sector
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
