Role Overview As a Front Office & Admissions Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, whether in person or over the phone. You’ll manage front-desk operations, coordinate basic administrative tasks, and most importantly, counsel prospective students to help them understand our offerings and make informed enrollment decisions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries. Provide accurate information about courses, batches, timings, fees, and registration processes. Counsel prospective students (and parents, if applicable) and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain and update student inquiry databases and follow-up logs using CRM tools or Excel. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for scheduling demos or appointments. Ensure the front office remains tidy and presentable at all times. Assist in handling basic administrative tasks like document handling, fee receipts, and inventory of brochures/stationery. Help organise orientation sessions, seminars, or webinars for interested candidates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Business Administration preferred), but not required. 1–3 years of experience in front office, counselling, or customer-facing roles — preferably in EdTech or education services.
