Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective parents through the enrollment process, provide detailed information about programs and policies, and address any inquiries. The role includes building strong relationships with parents, managing admissions communications, and supporting administrative tasks related to admissions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with parents.
• Experience in customer service and sales, including the ability to present programs and close admissions effectively.
• Knowledge or experience in the education sector and a passion for early childhood development.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology and applications for communication and enrollment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business, or Communication, is preferred.
