Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about training programs, internships, and placement opportunities.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively. Guide students through the admission and enrollment process. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience. Employment Express Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Counseling preferred). 0–3 years of experience in Admission Counsellor or similar roles (Freshers are welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Strong convincing and counseling ability. Target-driven and self-motivated individual. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
