Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Admissions Counselor to join our team in Chandigarh. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, communicate program benefits, and provide support to answer queries effectively. This individual will conduct information sessions, engage in outreach activities, and collaborate with departments to ensure prospective students have a seamless application experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for building rapport with potential students and stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales skills to address inquiries, recommend programs, and achieve enrollment goals
• Familiarity with the Education sector to effectively communicate program details and university values
• Proficiency in goal-oriented problem-solving and adaptability to meet a variety of student needs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks efficiently
