Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Female Only)
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday working, 1 week off)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Admission Counsellor to join our IAS Academy in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, counsel prospective students, and assist them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk operations and manage student inquiries professionally.
• Counsel and guide candidates regarding available courses, schedules, and admission procedures.
• Maintain student records and manage documentation.
• Follow up with potential students to achieve admission targets.
• Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or front desk operations (education or IAS academy preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and student-oriented personality.
• Ability to work on Sundays and manage flexible schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
