Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from leads received via calls, WhatsApp, or online platforms.
• Counsel students on course details, duration, fees, and placement opportunities.
• Convert leads into admissions by explaining benefits and resolving queries.
• Follow up with interested students regularly to close admissions.
• Maintain proper records of leads and admissions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing background preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing Courses.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
