Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Jalandhar. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs and the institution, building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, addressing inquiries, and assisting with enrollment procedures. The role may also involve engaging with parents and fostering positive experiences for all stakeholders to ensure enrollment goals are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Understanding of the Education sector and admissions processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Education, Communication, or a related area
