Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admissions process, providing accurate information about various courses and entrance preparation programs, and assisting applicants in selecting suitable career and academic pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with students and parents, conducting counseling sessions, managing inquiries, achieving enrollment targets, and collaborating with the internal team to enhance overall guidance services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents
• Customer Service skills to provide an excellent experience for prospective students and families
• Sales abilities to achieve enrollment targets and promote Career Launcher courses
• Knowledge or experience in the education field, including familiarity with entrance exams and academic guidance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field, or similar experience
