Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admissions Counselor based in Vadodara, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our programs, and assisting with enrollment. Daily tasks include answering inquiries via email, phone, or in person, conducting interviews with prospective students, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve enrollment targets. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales abilities Background in Education or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the education sector or admissions process is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Show more Show less
