The Admissions Officer plays a crucial role in the educational sector by managing the acceptance and processing of student applications. Your responsibilities include accepting and reviewing student applications based on our eligibility criteria. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining recruitment documentation, as well as providing consultations to prospective students upon request. It is essential to refer students to program directors for further information when necessary and to keep applicants informed about their application status. As an Admissions Officer, you must possess a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field. While having 1-3 years of experience in the educational sector is beneficial, it is not required. Alumni of our organization are encouraged to highlight their affiliation in their application. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in working with large databases are crucial for this role. Effective communication via email and phone is essential, along with the ability to handle most tasks using a computer. Key skills for this position include attention to detail, professional email communication, organizational abilities, multitasking, problem-solving, customer service orientation, teamwork, decision-making, working under pressure, meeting deadlines, filing, independent work, and proficiency with MS Office products.
