About Role:
We are seeking dynamic and student-focused professionals to join our Admissions team. As an Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a vital role in guiding them toward the right academic and career choices. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven mindset to ensure an exceptional student experience while achieving admission targets.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers. Counsel students and parents about the courses conducted at Lakshya and help students choose the appropriate courses
2.Exceed targets for Sales, referrals in an Individual Contributor role.
3.Interacting with customers (face to face) and educating them about
the courses offered by Lakshya.
4.Conversion of leads received through the calls or other marketing channels.
5.Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
6.Document and update CRM with daily activities required on Google Forms
7.Handle Objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue.
8.Have excellent counseling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees and so on. and convert Enquiry into Admissions
9.Responsible for guiding the prospective students and their parents aboutlearning experience in Lakshya.
Knowledge/Skills & Abilities required:-
1.Possess sound knowledge and understanding of
customers(Students/Parents) Behavior.
2.Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and
exceeding business targets.
3.Have Good Communication Skills in English and Malayalam with
Professional mannerism.
4.Comfortable working for 6 days.
B2C Sales experience of at least 1 year preferable in the Education sector.
Experience:-
0 to 4 Years experience in B2C.
Fixed pay with monthly incentives based on sales performance
